Following administration into the body of the vaccinated
animal, antigens in the vaccine are identified as foreign
and a wide range of protective mechanisms are activated
in the organism (macrophages, opsonins, interleukins, B
lymphocytes etc.), which leads to production of specific
antibodies against antigen determinants contained in the
vaccine. These mechanisms should prevent subsequent
development of infection.

Immunity is fully developed 14 days after primo-vaccination
and a solid immunity is created 14 days after re-
vaccination. Primo-vaccinated animals are re-vaccinated at
an interval of 14 – 21 days. Annual re-vaccinations are
recommended to maintain permanent immunity.

Indication
For active immunization of dogs and furry animals against
canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, infectious
laryngotracheitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and the most
frequent Leptospira serovars (Leptospira
icterohaemorrhagiae, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira
grippotyphosa) from the age of 8 weeks.

Biocan DHPPi+L may be used separately or
simultaneously with Biocan C, Biocan M, Biocan B and
Biocan R vaccines.

Application
1 ml regardless of age, weight or breed. Administer the
vaccine subcutaneously at the age of 8 weeks or later, re-
vaccinate in 14 – 21 days. Annual re-vaccinations are
recommended to maintain permanent immunity.

Packing 10 x (1+1) doses.

Precautions
Shake the vial well before use. Vaccinate only clinically
healthy, well-fed animals. Possible anti-parasitic treatment
should precede the vaccination by at least 10 days. One
week following the vaccination, do not subject immunized
animals to training or other strain. Use the vaccine within 1
hour after diluting.

Storage
Store in dry and dark place at 2 to 8 o C. Do not freeze!
