Do you divorce your pet?

Divorce is usually between husband and wife. Often the
quarrel still left will be the access to their children and
court finds an amicable solution for this. Now, there is an
interesting case that took place in China. A couple got
separated and their pet dog was with the husband. This
childless couple had kept a pet dog.

According to the aggrieved party the ex-wife, she was
looking after the dog as a child and the former husband is
denying her access to the pet. She appealed to the court
and the court decreed in her favour allowing access to the
dog.
